  Love the food, but as friendly as the staff is, the move so slowly. We waited 30 minutes for our food this past Saturday. :(

  The food itself was good. Problem was that with two people working the counter, they seemed only able to handle one person at a time from placing an order to receiving it. Shift manager actually answered his cell phone while trying to fill an order (mine). I had to point to out that he had completely forgotten a large side that I had paid for.
  This location has dropped from what it was 5 yrs ago. I would think twice before going back.

  I saw some reviews stating the place smelled like roaches and rats. Well I would have to say I wouldn't know what that smells like. This place smells like chicken cooking. I think the person writing the review is a liar and perhaps a disgruntled employee or a stupid customer. I buy from here frequently and always pre-order by phone. They cook my chicken fresh and always are pleasant when I call. There have been a few occassions where something got left out but overall they take care of us. I usually by lunch for my staff spending about $150.00 weekly.
  
  My name is Carlos and I have to say this place is ok! The Managers always are helpful as well.
